Last summer, I had the privilege of traveling to Rwanda and sharing “Stillness” prayer stations with the City of Joy community. Since then, Rwandan teachers, students, visitors, and local women have used those stations to sit and be with Jesus. For years I have had the dream of taking Stillness in suitcases to people all over the world, setting up a space for them to be with Jesus, and then leaving those resources for them to use again and share with others.

I’ve been invited to accompany the City of Joy team on an upcoming trip to Pennsylvania to share Stillness with their sponsors, donors, and others who are apart of City of Joy. As many of you know, I’m hoping to set up a non-profit for Stillness sometime in the next calendar to facility tax-free giving in the hopes that God will continue to use me and Stillness to bring His people into His presence. As that is still in the works, they are graciously hosting my fundraising campaign for my travel expenses to this conference!

I will be setting up and hosting a Stillness prayer experience for approximately 50 people, sharing testimonies about my time praying with teachers and women in Rwanda, connecting with a local church, and providing them with Stillness resources and support so they can continue to spend time in prayer with the God who loves them.
